Administrative Law, as a section of Public law, functions to regulate the State organisation, powers and actions of State administration, which includes all spheres of government.

The firm, through practice, understands the principles of just administrative action in terms of the Constitution, specifically Section 33 as well as the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act 3 of 2000. We have over the period of years gained valuable experience and knowledge of government operations, legislations, policies and regulations. We have drafted opinions in relation to the PFMA and Treasury regulations.

In 2008, Mr. Malapane assisted the National Department of Home Affairs to set up corporative and developed a strategy for empowerment of Women in Water, an initiative for the then Minister of Water Affairs.

TWe are therefore able to offer SFF Association, advice on all applicable National, Provincial and Municipal legislation. We further offer to advise on as well as oversee SFF Association’s procurement processes and to provide litigation services in all administrative matters.
