Multichoice South Africa has from the year 2014 to date, solicited the expertise of Mr. Moletsane and his team with the reviewing of their contracts and vetting of service level agreement transactions ranging from R20 000.00 to R1 000 000.00, and The Firm has from the year 2015 to date sat on the panel of attorneys for Credit Guarantee Corporation of South Africa with Mr. Moletsane having drafted opinions and given advice on various contractual disputes, including but not limited to insurance policy claims, contracts for the supply of goods and services, acknowledgment of debts, suretyships and cessions.
